After 47 years as a certified, FCC frequency coordinator for private land mobile radio service applicants, MRFAC is closing its doors effective September 30, 2025. RadioSoft, MRFAC's contractor, is expected to complete work on pending MRFAC-related applications up to September 30. In the event your application(s) has/have not been granted by that date, FCC Rules require that another certified coordinator be specified.

The selection of another coordinator is within the applicant's discretion; however, we recommend Forest Industries Telecommunications, another long-established and highly respected coordinator for that responsibility. fcclicense.org Applicants should contact RadioSoft to advise of their decision(s).
